DOSAGE & DIRECTIONS

CONTRAINDICATIONS & PRECAUTIONS

Reduce dosage if body fat falls below 18 percent. (The ideal body fat range for women is between 19-26%).

Do not take supplements at the same time as medications. If both must be taken with food, take them at different meals.
