All sales are final except for the following:

Videos can only be returned within 3 days of receipt if the plastic shrink-wrap has not been opened or removed.

Books are not returnable.

Titan Labs Factor Nutrients are returnable for refund if the unused portion is returned postage paid within 30 days. Refund is less shipping and handling charges.

All Medisana electronic products and most other products are warranted for 2 years except clothing is warranted for 60 days. If the product fails within that time period, follow the directions according to the manufacturers warranty terms. The product should be returned to the manufacturer postage paid. Please email: doc1@gate.net for instructions and return address. Any refund will be for item price less shipping charge.

THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE FOR ANY RETURNED SEALED, UNUSED ITEM  IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. PLEASE EMAIL FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE SENDING ITEM BACK. NUMBER MUST BE PLACED ON RETURNED PACKAGE OR ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER. IF THE ORDER IS REFUSED BY CUSTOMER WHEN DELIVERED, AND IS RETURNED TO SENDER, 15% WILL BE DEDUCTED WHEN CREDIT IS GIVEN. 

Any orders cancelled after being placed and charged to a Credit Card will be refunded on credit card or by check or money order and $3.00 deducted from total to cover cost of charges.
